1 General
Welcome to the Technospiritualist website (techspirit.co.il), operated by Oren Knaan, an exempt dealer (osek patur, business no. 038741278).
Using the website and getting in touch through it constitutes agreement to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.
2 Description of the service
Oren Knaan offers website building, digital design and online strategy services, intended mainly for spiritual business owners, therapists, facilitators and community members.
The services include, among others: website design and development, form and analytics integration, mobile adaptation and accessibility.
3 Payment terms

4 Timelines
The timeline for each project is agreed in advance in the price quote. Meeting the timeline depends on cooperation from both sides:
- The client commits to provide content, comments and approvals within two days of receiving them.
- A delay on the client's side will result in a corresponding postponement of the timeline, at no additional charge.
- The work schedule begins upon receipt of the deposit.
5 Project cancellation
If the client asks to cancel the engagement after work has begun:
- A transaction invoice will be issued for the hours actually worked, at 250 ILS per hour.
- The deposit already paid will be deducted from the final amount.
- All completed project materials will be handed to the client once payment is complete.
6 Intellectual property
Upon completion of full payment:
- The finished website and all the code written for it become the client's full property.
- The code may be transferred to any other developer without restriction.
- Oren Knaan reserves the right to display the project in the portfolio.
Images, fonts and assets purchased for a specific project are licensed for use in that project only.
7 The price does not include
- Content writing, translation or language editing
- Paid promotion (advertising) or ongoing SEO
- Purchasing images from stock libraries
- Ongoing costs of external providers (hosting, domain, third-party services)
8 Liability and limitations
Oren Knaan commits to professional quality of work and to meeting accepted industry standards.
No liability will apply for indirect damages, loss of income, or consequential damages arising from use of the website that was built.
Responsibility for the website's proper functioning after it is handed to the client is limited to the ongoing maintenance period as detailed in the price quote.
9 Changes to the terms
Oren Knaan may update these terms from time to time. Terms for existing projects are set in the specific price quote and are not affected by future changes.
Continued use of the website after the terms are updated constitutes agreement to the updated version.
